Product Questions
Does The Ramp People provide site visits to identify the most suitable wheelchair ramp?
As an online business, we do not offer site visits. If you need advice you can send us photos and measurements of your home or business and our team will gladly provide tailored advice to help you find the right solution.
What is the difference between the Aerolight Wheelchair Ramps and The Ramp People's Folding Wheelchair Ramps?
The Aerolight Wheelchair Ramps are a premium, British-made option. They are provided with a 2-year warranty.
How does the Aerolight Lifestyle Multi-Fold Wheelchair Ramp sections lock together?
The ramp is provided in two sections for storage. Connecting the two ramp halves is simple. Place the ramp sections side by side and slide the sections together, allowing the hooks to securely lock the two sections together.
I require a ramp to load my mobility scooter into the car boot. Which ramp length should I purchase?
Check the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your car boot, this is your 'load height'. Within the product specification, the maximum load height for each ramp length is noted.
