Delivery Information to Ireland

Our cut off times for same-day dispatch* is from Monday-Friday 3:00pm. If your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the next working day.

Products are shipped from our UK Warehouse to Ireland on DAP Incoterms.

Our delivery charges are calculated for you at the checkout; however, you can also see them in the handy listed below:

• Under 25kg - €15
• 25.1kg – 100kg - €65
• Over 100kg - €125

Delivery charges are calculated for you based on the weight of your order at the checkout and exclude VAT

Delivery timeframe and Incoterms

Generally, we offer 4-10 business day delivery delivery for 'in-stock' items throughout Ireland. Please note delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed as we rely on third-party couriers. We ship all orders on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means your order will be delivered to your address, but any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will need to be paid to the courier before or on receipt of the goods. Where payment is required prior to delivery, the sooner any customs/VAT charges are paid to the courier/customs the quicker you will receive your goods. Please look out for emails or calls from the courier regarding these fees otherwise your goods may be returned to us.

DAP Incoterms Explanation

Taxes, Duties & Fees	Who Pays	Information
UK VAT	Nobody	We will remove the 20% UK VAT from your order total.
Irish VAT	Customer	Paid to the courier via a secure link before or on delivery.
Import Duty	Customer	Applicable on orders >€150. Rate depends on product type.
Handling Fee	Customer	An Post or DPD will charge a processing fee (approx. €10).

If you are ordering on behalf of a company, please provide your VAT IE and EORI number to us as soon as possible to prevent delays in dispatching your order, the couriers require us to provide this prior to the dispatch of goods. If items are being sent on a pallet, we will also require you to complete a POA prior to dispatch.

Returns Information

We offer our customers a 60 day returns policy, should you need to return any item this must be sent back to our UK warehouse: The Ramp People, Unit 5 Quantum Business Park, Beacon Hill Road, Church Crookham, Fleet GU52 8EA. Our returns details can be viewed here.

*Please note, if your ordering on behalf of a company dispatch may be delayed if we do not receive a valid VAT IE & EORI number prior to 3:00pm. For orders sent on a pallet dispatch may occurring the following day as additional paperwork is required such as the signed POA. 

We are a UK Limited Company that dispatches orders from our UK warehouse and from production facilities in Europe. We used to be VAT registered in Ireland and have a presence in Ireland but have had to centralise operations in the UK.
