Adjustable Half Step For Rollators - New Product Alert

Half Steps are the perfect solution for those struggling to overcome higher steps and doorways. At The Ramp People we are excited to announce we are expanding our range of adjustable half steps to include the extra large half step, built for those who use rollators, walking frames and zimmer frames.

Additionally, our outdoor adjustable half steps are now available in heights of up to 155 mm, making them perfect for tackling higher heights.

Half steps are designed to reduce the height difference between the ground and the main step by providing an intermediate platform. Our new extra-large model features a 1m by 1m platform, making it ideal for users with zimmer frames or rollators.

Many users find standard half steps too small, especially when they want to stand on the step and set down their shopping. Our new extra-large design solves this by providing a spacious platform, allowing users to step up with their shopping and place bags or other items securely before entering the house.

Without support feet, the platform sits at 80 mm. With adjustable feet, the height can be set anywhere between 105 mm and 155 mm.

For walking or using a walking stick: Standard or Large Half Step is recommended. For walking frames, Large or Extra-Large Half Step is ideal. For rollators we recommend the Extra-Large Half Step.

The half steps can be used in a variety of locations. They are often found outside the front door of the property, or by patio doors. They can also be used to provide access into businesses and are used around the workplace to help employees access just out of reach locations.
