Our Lightweight Loading Ramps for Domestic Use are perfect for transporting garden machinery with capacities up to 1,000kg.
Produced from lightweight aircraft grade aluminium, simply rest the ramps onto the back of the van and start loading. The ramps are perfect for loading ride on lawnmowers, quad bikes and more!
Which length ramp do you need?
To identify the length of loading ramp you require, simply measure the height from the ground to where the ramp will rest, this will identify your load height. All of the ramps have a minimum and maximum load height. You then simply need to select on the drop down your load height. For example, if your load height is between 530mm - 650mm, you will need 2.5m long ramps.
How safe are the ramps?
The ramps are all TUV certified, full safety guidelines and product details can be viewed here. In line with TUV standards, the slope of the ramps do not exceed a maximum gradient of 30%.
The ramps are safe to use as long as they are used at the correct load height and within the stated capacity. You will be able to tell that you are loading at the correct height as the foot of the ramp will rest securely on the ground.
We recommend using gloves when handling these ramps.
Please note, these ramps are not suitable for tracked machinery. If you are loading tracked machinery such as diggers we would recommend our TRP70 series.
Why are some of the ramps curved?
The curved ramps provide improved ground clearance and therefore are suitable for a wider range of heights.
